Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Techdigitals reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of delayed or non-payment.

The scope of work, timelines, and costs will be mutually agreed upon before the start of any project.
We aim to deliver all services in a timely and professional manner. However, outcomes (e.g., sales, traffic, leads) may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property
All content including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, and deliverables created by Techdigitals are the intellectual property of Techdigitals or its licensors.
Clients may not reuse or reproduce any content without explicit written permission from Techdigitals.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, marketing strategies, account credentials, and client data exchanged during the course of the engagement.
Techdigitals will not share client information with third parties unless legally required or with prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Techdigitals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
While we strive to deliver results, we do not guarantee specific performance metrics such as rankings, leads, or ROI.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice.
All fees for services rendered prior to the termination date will remain payable.
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately in cases of breach of terms or non-payment exceeding 30 days.
